Your privacy matters

When you reach out or book a session, you’re trusting me with your information. Here’s how my independent beauty business uses it and how to get in touch with questions.

This policy covers kaitlynstinespring.com, my party booking and hosting forms at kaitlyn-crm.vercel.app, and information you share with my business through Facebook or Instagram messages and ads. I’m Kaitlyn Stinespring, an Independent Beauty Consultant. This is my business’s policy, not Mary Kay Inc.’s privacy policy.

What you share with us

We collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number or email address, preferred session, booking or hosting request, consultant relationship and messages. When you contact us through Meta, your profile information and conversation may also be available to us. Our hosting and platform providers may collect technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to operate and protect their services.

Please don’t send payment-card details or sensitive personal information through these forms or messages.

How we use it

Arrange your session, manage available seats and respond to hosting requests.
Contact you about your request, location details, changes or follow-up questions.
Keep customer and booking records, prevent duplicate requests and maintain the service.

Automated booking tools and assistants help organize requests and route them to me. A Messenger conversation alone does not reserve a seat or confirm a hosted party. We do not treat a booking request as permission for unrelated marketing messages.

Who helps handle it

Information is available to me and authorized support helping with my business. We use service providers to host the website and booking system (Vercel), store customer and booking records (Supabase), handle social messages and ads (Meta), and deliver private booking alerts to my business assistant through Telegram. Contact details and request information may be included in those alerts. When used for customer follow-up, our messaging provider, Project Broadcast, also processes the information needed to deliver those messages.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law or protect the security of our business and customers. Links to Mary Kay, social platforms and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information safe

We limit access to people and tools supporting the business and use access controls to protect records. No online service can guarantee complete security. We keep information as needed for the purposes above, customer service and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct or delete information you’ve shared, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email kcoates95@gmail.com or call or text (434) 223-9008. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request and may retain records required by law. For automated text messages, reply STOP to opt out.

If our practices change, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
